Which are your favorite mediums?
I work the most with Graphite, I love working in detail and with values. However I have a love for color also and may return to oils or pastels, not only for the sake of color but also to loosen up.

How long have you been selling your artwork?
I sold some of my paintings in the mid-seventies. I had my first art show in 1977 and could have sold all of original drawings. I began selling prints of my pen & ink drawings in early 1978 and made my living from then for nearly twenty years. Burn-out and the need to take care of both parents and a business mistake cost me all that I had build up. However this enabled me to explore and enjoy working in many other mediums stated elsewhere. I don't believe I will ever return to doing art shows very actively, hence I am now trying to utilize the internet.

Why do you sell prints of your work?
Most of my drawings are very detailed, hence they requires a lot of time. Some of my drawings have taken 250 hours to complete, and in the case of my University drawings..they took 10 hours just to design. Selling prints is the economical way to share the drawing with many people. I also enjoy viewing and doing smaller and/or looser drawings and sketches of which I have sold a number of.
